Karmayoga beyond the Big Apple

June and July 2017: Two months I spent in the country side of Upstate New York. In the middle of the beautiful Catskills I stayed at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch, assisting my very first Teacher Training Course with Swami Paramananda and serving another month at the ranch reception.
